1. 我們想要一個什麼樣的社群

包租公是給長期持有好公司、靠賣選擇權收租的人用的工具。社群是這個工具的延伸 —— 不是推薦股票的地方，也不是曬收益的地方。

我們最想看到的，是你怎麼想的：為什麼選這個履約價、被套了怎麼處理、哪次判斷錯了後來怎麼補救。過程比結果值錢，因為結果裡有運氣，過程裡沒有。

社群裡的每個人都對自己的錢負責。沒有人應該照抄別人的操作，也沒有人有義務對別人的盈虧負責。

2. 怎麼寫，會被更多人看到

我們的推薦位不靠人工挑（我們沒有編輯團隊），靠一套公開的訊號。以下幾條會讓你的內容排得更靠前：

• 帶真實回執。附上你在包租公裡的真實持倉記錄，尤其是券商同步過來的那種 —— 這是我們最看重的一條。
• 講清楚過程。開倉時怎麼想的、觸發線定在哪、後來發生了什麼。
• 寫你自己的判斷，哪怕是錯的判斷。檢討一次虧損，往往比十次獲利截圖有用。
• 說人話。專業詞用了就順手解釋一句，別人看得懂才有人接話。
• 有來源。用了別人的資料、圖、觀點，標一下出處。

長文短文都行，配圖隨你。我們不規定你該寫多長，也不要求你用我們生成的範本 —— 那些只是省事的起點，不是標準答案。

3. 哪些內容不會被推薦

以下這些不會被刪，你的追蹤者仍然看得到，但不會進推薦流：

1. 資料不實或口徑不清。報酬率、勝率、年化這類數字，得說清是怎麼算的、涵蓋哪些交易。
2. 明示或暗示的推薦股票。「XX 必漲」「跟我買」這類。分享你自己在做什麼可以，替別人做決定不行。
3. 只有結果沒有過程。純盈虧截圖、純金額炫耀 —— 對讀者沒有可遷移的價值。
4. 廣告與導流。軟文推廣、QR code、留聯絡方式、引導加群 / 加微信 / 買課 / 進社團。
5. 抄襲與洗稿。搬運他人內容不註明來源、盜圖。

4. 哪些內容會被隱藏

只有下面這幾類會被隱藏（比第 3 節嚴重得多，而且很少）：

1. 詐騙與欺詐：假冒身分、代客理財招攬、推薦股票收費、資金盤。
2. 洩漏他人資訊：別人的姓名、帳號、住址、聯絡方式、帳戶截圖。
3. 偽造交易記錄：編造持倉或成交來騙取信任。
4. 違法內容：侵害他人合法權益、明顯違反適用法律的內容。

被隱藏時我們會告訴你原因，你可以申訴（第 6 節）。

5. 關於數字：我們怎麼標資料來源

社群裡每一張交易卡都會標出它的來源，這是我們和別的地方最不一樣的一點：

三種都可以發，我們不禁止手動輸入 —— 很多人的券商不支援同步。但排序上券商同步的權重更高，因為它更難編。

個人主頁上的收租統計，全部由我們後端按統一口徑計算，不接受手填。涉及比率的地方我們會同時給出筆數 —— 「勝率 78%（32 筆）」，而不是只有一個百分比；樣本太少的乾脆不顯示比率。

6. 我們會怎麼處置，和怎麼申訴

先發後審。你按下發布，內容立刻就在。審核在後台跑，它只影響內容出現在哪兒，不影響它存不存在。

申訴：以上任何一檔都可以回信 hi@baozugong.app 申訴，我們會人工看。我們判斷錯了就改回來，也會告訴你為什麼改。

7. ⭐ 你發的內容是公開的

這一條請認真讀一遍。

• 社群內容只有登入使用者能看到，不進搜尋引擎 —— 公開可索引的只有社群介紹頁、本守則與個股頁，這三種都不含任何使用者內容。
• 但請記住它仍然是對所有登入使用者公開的：你的暱稱 + 你分享的持倉 + 你寫的判斷，社群裡每個人都看得到。
• 你可以隨時刪除自己的內容，我們會立刻下線。但別人可能已經看到、截了圖，那部分不在我們控制之內。

所以首次發文前我們會讓你確認一次暱稱 —— 如果你的顯示名是登入時帶過來的真名，請換一個。

交易卡露什麼、不露什麼

這是寫死在程式碼裡的，不由你逐條設定，也不由我們臨時決定：

你的 watchlist、收藏、筆記、帳戶資料、願接清單都是私有的，不會出現在你的公開主頁上。

關於搜尋引擎

你不需要為此做任何設定 —— 你寫的東西不進搜尋引擎。貼文頁與個人主頁對未登入的訪客一律只顯示「登入後可見」，網站地圖裡也只有社群介紹頁與本守則兩條。個股頁是一處例外：它公開的是我們自己算的市場數據（現價、IV 分位、趨勢位置、財報日），一條會員內容都不帶；那隻股票底下的貼文與收租記錄仍然要登入才看得到。

8. 暱稱、頭像與身分

• 一人一號。不要註冊多個帳號給自己按讚、頂文或製造討論。
• 暱稱不得冒充他人、冒充包租公官方、或使用他人商標。
• 頭像同樣不得冒充他人（包括直接用別人的照片）或使用他人商標；不要放色情、暴力、仇恨內容，也不要把 QR code、聯絡方式或廣告做進圖裡。頭像違規我們會移除它，會告訴你原因，你可以申訴——這跟內容的處置走同一套流程（見第 6 條）。
• 不得自稱持照或受監管身分（註冊投資顧問、持照分析師、基金經理等），也不得暗示你能代客理財。民間的自我描述（比如「做了五年 wheel」「總體經濟愛好者」）完全可以 —— 我們管的是讓人誤以為你受監管這件事。
• 簡介裡不要放聯絡方式、QR code、外部社群邀請。想讓人找到你，用主頁和你的內容。
• 不要買賣或出借帳號。

9. 這裡的一切都不是投資建議

• 包租公是工具：我們不代下單、不碰你的錢、不提供投資建議。
• 社群裡的內容是使用者個人的記錄與觀點，不代表包租公的立場，我們不對其準確性背書。
• 演算法給出的評分、星級、候選，是基於歷史資料的量化參考，不預測未來，也不保證收益。
• 選擇權交易有風險，賣方的潛在虧損可能遠超收到的權利金。請只用你虧得起的錢。

10. 檢舉

每條內容都有檢舉入口。收到檢舉我們會看，處理結果會回給檢舉人。

惡意檢舉（反覆檢舉沒有問題的內容）本身會被處置。

我們會不定期更新本守則，重大變更會在社群裡公告。

1. The kind of community we want

Landlord is built for people who hold good companies for the long haul and sell options to collect rent on them. The community is an extension of that tool — not a place for stock tips, and not a place for posting screenshots of gains.

What we most want to read is how you thought about it: why that strike, what you did when the trade went against you, which call you got wrong and how you dug yourself out. The process is worth more than the outcome, because outcomes contain luck and process doesn't.

Everyone here is responsible for their own money. Nobody should be copying anyone else's trades, and nobody owes anyone else a profit.

2. What gets your posts seen

We don't hand-pick what gets promoted — we have no editorial team. Ranking runs on a set of signals, and those signals are public. These are the ones that move you up:

• Attach a real receipt. Link the actual position from your Landlord account — especially one that came in through broker sync. This is the signal we weigh most.
• Show your reasoning. What you were thinking when you opened it, where you set your trigger, what happened next.
• Post your own calls, including the bad ones. One honest post-mortem on a loss usually beats ten screenshots of wins.
• Write plainly. If you use a term of art, explain it in a clause. People reply to posts they can follow.
• Cite your sources. If you're using someone else's data, chart, or argument, say where it came from.

Long or short is up to you, images welcome. We don't tell you how much to write, and we don't require you to use the templates we generate — those are shortcuts to a first draft, not the expected format.

3. What we won't recommend

None of the following gets deleted. Your followers still see it. It just doesn't enter the recommendation feed:

1. Numbers you don't explain. Returns, win rates, annualized figures — say how you calculated them and which trades they cover.
2. Stock tips, stated or implied. "This one's going up," "buy what I bought." Sharing what you're doing is fine; deciding for someone else isn't.
3. Outcome with no process. A bare P&L screenshot or a dollar figure teaches the reader nothing they can reuse.
4. Ads and funnels. Sponsored-feeling posts, QR codes, contact details, anything steering people into a paid group, a course, or a private chat.
5. Plagiarism. Reposting someone's work without credit, or lifting their images.

4. What gets hidden

Only these, and they're far more serious than section 3 — and rare:

1. Fraud and deception: impersonation, soliciting to manage someone's money, charging for stock tips, Ponzi-style schemes.
2. Exposing other people's information: someone else's name, account, address, contact details, or account screenshots.
3. Fabricated trade records: inventing positions or fills to win trust.
4. Unlawful content: anything that infringes others' rights or plainly violates applicable law.

If we hide something of yours, we tell you why, and you can appeal (section 6).

5. Numbers: how we label where data came from

Every trade card in the community carries a source label. This is the sharpest difference between us and everywhere else:

All three are fine to post. We don't ban manual entry — plenty of brokers can't be synced. But broker-synced records rank higher, because they're harder to make up.

The rent stats on your profile are computed by our backend on one consistent basis — never typed in. Wherever we show a ratio we show the sample with it — "78% win rate (32 closed)", not a bare percentage — and where the sample is too small, we show no ratio at all.

6. How we enforce, and how to appeal

We review after publishing, not before. You hit post and it's there. Review runs in the background, and it only affects where your post shows up — never whether it exists.

To appeal any of these, email hi@baozugong.app. A person reads it. If we got it wrong we reverse it, and we tell you why we changed our mind.

7. ⭐ What you post is public

Please read this one properly.

• Community content is visible only to signed-in members and is kept out of search engines. The only pages search engines can index are the community overview, these guidelines, and the per-ticker pages, none of which contains anything you wrote.
• Which means: your display name, the positions you share, and the reasoning you write can be found by a colleague, a family member, or a future employer.
• You can delete your own content at any time and it goes offline immediately. But other members may already have read it or taken a screenshot, and that part is outside our control.

So we make you confirm a display name before your first post — if the name that came over from your login is your real one, pick something else.

What a trade card shows, and what it never shows

This is fixed in the code. It isn't a per-post setting, and it isn't something we decide case by case:

Your watchlist, saved items, notes, account profile, and willing-to-own list are all private and never appear on your public profile.

About search engines

There is nothing for you to configure here — nothing you write goes into search engines. Post pages and member profiles show signed-out visitors nothing but a sign-in prompt, and the sitemap lists only two things: the community overview and these guidelines. Per-ticker pages are the one exception: what they publish is market data we compute ourselves (last price, IV percentile, trend position, earnings date) and not one line of member content. Posts and trade records filed under that ticker still require signing in.

8. Names, avatars, and identity

• One account per person. Don't register extras to like your own posts, bump them, or fake a conversation.
• Your display name may not impersonate another person, impersonate Landlord itself, or use someone else's trademark.
• Your photo is held to the same standard: no impersonating anyone (including using someone else's picture), no one else's trademarks, nothing sexual, violent, or hateful, and no QR codes, contact details, or ads baked into the image. If a photo breaks these rules we'll remove it, and we'll tell you why and you can appeal — the same process as any other action (see section 6).
• Don't claim a licensed or regulated role (registered investment adviser, licensed analyst, fund manager, and the like), and don't imply you can manage money for others. Describing yourself informally — "been running the wheel for five years", "macro nerd" — is completely fine. What we police is giving people the impression you're regulated.
• No contact details, QR codes, or invitations to outside groups in your bio. If you want people to find you, let your profile and your posts do it.
• Don't buy, sell, or lend accounts.

9. Nothing here is investment advice

• Landlord is a tool: we don't place orders, we don't touch your money, and we don't give investment advice.
• Community content is individual users' records and opinions. It isn't Landlord's position, and we don't vouch for its accuracy.
• The scores, star ratings, and candidates our algorithm produces are quantitative reference points built on historical data. They don't predict the future and they don't guarantee a return.
• Options carry risk, and a seller's potential loss can far exceed the premium collected. Only use money you can afford to lose.

10. Reporting

Every post can be reported. We read what comes in, and we tell the reporter what we did about it.

Abusive reporting — repeatedly flagging content that turns out to be fine — is itself grounds for enforcement.

We update these guidelines from time to time. Significant changes get announced in the community.
