包租公是一个让散户用 Covered Call / Cash-Secured Put / Wheel 策略可视化"出租"美股的分析工具。它提供：持仓监控与 Greeks、RENT 算法排序的收租候选、评分解释、早安简报、持仓教练防守方案等。
MCP / API 交互面让你用自己的 AI agent（Codex / Claude Code / Claude Desktop 等）以你的身份读取上述数据与计算；经你在 app 内主动开启（默认关闭）后，还可代你修改自己的 watchlist / 笔记 / 账户资料 / 持仓记录（每步可撤销，仅限包租公内的记账数据）。你自带 agent 与大语言模型（LLM）；包租公只提供结构化数据与计算，不提供、不代运行任何 LLM 来解读结果。
服务与其一切输出仅供信息与教育参考。它们不构成投资、财务、法律或税务建议，不构成买入、卖出或持有任何证券或期权的推荐、要约或招揽。
包租公不是注册投资顾问（RIA）、经纪商（broker-dealer）或期货佣金商，与你之间不存在任何受托（fiduciary）、顾问或经纪关系。RENT 分及一切排序、星级、verdict 均为一般性算法分析，未考虑你的具体财务状况、目标或风险承受能力。
输出中携带的 not_advice 标记与免责字段构成本条款的一部分；即使你的 agent 在呈现时省略、改写或重新措辞了任何免责内容，本条依然完整适用。
你对基于服务或输出所做的一切交易与投资决策及其全部后果（含损失）负全部、独立责任。行动前请自行独立判断，并在需要时咨询持牌专业人士。
你的 Agent。你对你用来连接服务的任何 agent / LLM / 脚本的行为、配置，及其对输出的解读、改写与下游使用负全部责任。包租公对你的 agent 或任何第三方 LLM 生成的措辞、结论或建议不承担任何责任。
服务不提供、也永不提供任何下单、交易执行、资金划转或经纪路由功能——它绝不接入券商、绝不触碰资金；任何写入都仅限你在包租公内的记账数据（且每步可撤销）。
你不得将服务或任何输出接入、串联或用于任何自动或半自动的下单 / 交易执行流程（包括让你的 agent 依据输出经券商接口自动下单），除非每一笔交易都经你本人独立审阅并主动确认。违反本条产生的一切交易、损失与责任完全由你承担，并适用第 13 条赔偿。
市场数据可能延迟、不完整或有误。期权定价、Greeks、IV、评分均为估算，可能与实际市场或你券商显示不一致。服务不保证任何输出的准确性、完整性或适销性。

MCP / API 访问通过 API 密钥或 OAuth 令牌进行。密钥 = 你的账号：请妥善保管，不要贴进聊天记录 / 截图 / 代码仓库。因你未妥善保管密钥导致的一切活动由你负责；怀疑泄露请立即在账户设置里吊销并另生成一个。
MCP / API 交互面是Gold 会员功能，目前处于 beta。我们可自行决定是否授予、限制或撤销任何账号的访问权。
期权交易涉及重大风险，可能不适合所有投资者，并可能导致超过初始投入的损失。你确认在交易期权前已阅读并理解 OCC《标准化期权的特征与风险》（Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options，即 ODD）。
部分功能（含 MCP / API 访问）包含在包租公 Gold 会员内。费用、计费周期与会员权益以购买时页面 / 沟通为准，可依会员条款调整。会员失效或降级即终止相应功能的访问。
服务、RENT 算法、评分模型及所有输出的知识产权归包租公所有。本条款未明示授予的权利均予保留。授予你的许可为有限、非独占、不可转让、可随时撤销，仅供你个人、非商业地为自己的投资研究使用。
免责声明。服务按"现状（AS IS）"和"现有（AS AVAILABLE）"提供，不含任何明示或默示担保（包括适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、准确性、不中断）。
责任上限。在法律允许的最大范围内，包租公对因服务或输出产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及任何交易损失、利润损失、数据损失概不负责。包租公在任何情况下的累计责任上限为：你在索赔前 12 个月内为会员实际支付的金额，或 100 美元，以较高者为准。
你同意就以下各项产生的一切索赔、损失、责任与费用（含合理律师费），对包租公及其关联方进行赔偿、辩护并使其免受损害：(a) 你使用服务或输出；(b) 你的 agent 的行为；(c) 你违反本条款（尤其第 5 条禁止自动下单）；(d) 你的交易决策。
我们对你的持仓与账户数据的处理适用隐私政策。经由 MCP / API 的调用会被记录（密钥标识、时间、工具、参数）用于安全、审计与滥用检测。
任何一方可随时终止。你可随时停止使用并删除账号。包租公可因违约、滥用或会员失效立即吊销密钥并终止访问。终止后第 3、4、5、11、12、13 条继续有效。
我们可修订本条款。重大变更将于服务内或经登记邮箱通知，并更新页面顶部"生效日期"。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。
在法律允许的范围内，双方同意通过具约束力的个人仲裁解决争议，并放弃集体诉讼及陪审团审判。

By using Landlord / 包租公 ("we", "us") — including the website / PWA (baozugong.app) and the MCP / API surface (together, the "Service") — you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service, generate an API key, or complete OAuth authorization.
You must be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity. The Service is offered primarily to users in the United States; you may not use it on behalf of any sanctioned party or restricted jurisdiction.
Landlord is an analytical tool that helps retail investors visualize Covered Call / Cash-Secured Put / Wheel strategies on US equities. It provides position monitoring and Greeks, RENT-ranked income candidates, score explanations, a morning brief, position-coach defense plans, and more.
The MCP / API surface lets you use your own AI agent (Codex / Claude Code / Claude Desktop, etc.) to read that data and those computations as you; and, once you explicitly enable writes in the app (off by default), to make changes to your own watchlist / notes / account settings / position records on your behalf (every change undoable, limited to your bookkeeping data inside Landlord). You bring your own agent and LLM; Landlord only provides structured data and calculations — it does not provide or run any LLM to interpret results for you.
The Service and all Output are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor any recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or option.
Landlord is not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant, and no fiduciary, advisory, or brokerage relationship is created. RENT scores, rankings, star ratings, and verdicts are general algorithmic analysis and do not account for your individual circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Any not_advice flag or disclaimer field in the Output forms part of these Terms and applies in full even if your agent omits, alters, or rephrases it when presenting Output to you.
You are solely and independently responsible for all trading and investment decisions made based on the Service or Output, and for all consequences (including losses). Conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed professional as appropriate.
Your Agent. You are fully responsible for the behavior and configuration of any agent / LLM / script you use to connect to the Service, and for its interpretation, rephrasing, and downstream use of Output. Landlord bears no responsibility for wording, conclusions, or recommendations generated by your agent or any third-party LLM.
The Service does not and will never provide order placement, trade execution, fund transfer, or brokerage routing — it never connects to a broker and never touches funds. Any writes are limited to your own bookkeeping data inside Landlord (and are undoable).
You may not connect, chain, or use the Service or any Output in any automated or semi-automated order-execution or trading pipeline (including having your agent auto-place orders via a broker based on Output), unless each trade is independently reviewed and affirmatively confirmed by you personally. Any trades, losses, or liabilities arising from a breach are entirely yours and subject to the indemnification in Section 13.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Option prices, Greeks, IV, and scores are estimates and may differ from actual markets or your broker. The Service makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or merchantability of any Output.
You may not redistribute Output to any third party, nor use it to rebuild or resell market or derived data.
You may not:
We may set and adjust rate limits at our discretion, and may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys / access at any time for abuse, anomalous usage, or breach, without prior notice.
MCP / API access is via an API key or OAuth token. Your key is your account: keep it safe and do not paste it into chat logs, screenshots, or code repositories. You are responsible for all activity resulting from failure to safeguard your key; if you suspect it is compromised, revoke it in account settings and generate a new one immediately.
The MCP / API surface is a Gold-member feature and is currently in beta. We may grant, limit, or revoke access for any account at our discretion.
Options trading involves significant risk, may not be suitable for all investors, and can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. You acknowledge that, before trading options, you have read and understood the OCC "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" (the ODD).
Some features (including MCP / API access) are included in Landlord Gold membership. Fees, billing cycles, and entitlements are as presented at purchase / in communication and may change per the membership terms. Access to the relevant features ends when membership lapses or is downgraded.
All intellectual property in the Service, the RENT algorithm, scoring models, and Output belongs to Landlord. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, solely for your own personal, non-commercial investment research.
Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation).
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landlord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data. Landlord's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landlord and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service or Output; (b) your agent's conduct; (c) your breach of these Terms (especially Section 5, no automated execution); (d) your trading decisions.
Our handling of your position and account data is governed by the Privacy Policy. MCP / API calls are logged (key identifier, time, tool, parameters) for security, audit, and abuse detection.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like. Landlord may immediately revoke keys and terminate access for breach, abuse, or membership lapse. Sections 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-service or by email to your registered address, and the "Effective" date at the top will be updated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration and waive any class action and jury trial.
These Terms, together with the referenced membership terms and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Landlord may assign these Terms; you may not. No waiver results from non-enforcement. The English version controls; the Chinese versions are for convenience only.
